Multi-Day Institutes: FAQs
How much are the institutes and what does the fee include?
The tuition fees range from $299.00-$795.00. The specific fees are listed at the top of the institute description page.
The tuition includes your fee, several meals, materials created by the author specifically for the institute, and an attendance certificate awarding CEU credit and clock hour credit. For specific details on the institute you are interested in you can view this information on the institute description page.
Travel and overnight accommodations are not included in the tuition fee.
Is payment due at the time of registration?
Yes. You can register over the phone, fax, or internet using a credit card or an approved school purchase order. You may also register via mail with a check.
What is the cut-off date to register?
We accept registrations up until the day before an institute unless the institute as filled to maximum capacity. We cannot predict when and if an institute will fill; therefore we suggest you try to register as soon as possible.
Where is the institute being held and is there a discount on overnight hotel rooms?
You can find the facility information on each individual institute page. If we do not yet have the specific site under contract, in place of the facility’s name and address, you will see a message asking you to keep checking back with us.

What is your cancellation policy?
You have up to 7 days prior to the institute to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the institute, we retain a $50.00 cancellation fee and you are refunded the remainder. If we do not receive prior notice of cancellation and you do not attend, there will be no refund given. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
Can I get credit for attending a Heinemann Multi-Day Institute?
Yes, the cost of your tuition includes CEU/Clock hour credit. In addition, most courses have a graduate credit option for an additional fee and typically require some additional work.
