One-Day Workshops: FAQs
How much are the workshops and what does the fee include?
Our one-day workshops are $189.00 per person. If you register with a group of five or more at the same time, the cost is $179.00 per person.
Is payment due at the time of registration?
Yes. You can register over the phone, fax, or internet using a credit card or an approved school purchase order. You may also register via mail with a check.
What is the cut-off date to register?
We accept registrations up until the day before a workshop unless the workshop is filled to maximum capacity. We cannot predict when and if a workshop will fill; therefore we suggest you try to register as soon as possible.
Which authors deliver Workshops?

Where is the workshop being held?
You can find the facility information on each individual workshop page. If we do not yet have the specific site under contract, in place of the facility’s name and address, you will see a message asking you to keep checking back with us.
What is your cancellation policy?
For one-day workshops you have up until 7 days prior to the workshop to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, we retain a $10.00 cancellation fee and you are refunded the remainder. If we do not receive prior notice of cancellation and you do not attend, there will be no refund given. Substitutions are allowed at any time.
Can I get credit for attending a Heinemann Workshop?
Heinemann Workshops offers CEU credit. In addition, most courses have a graduate credit option for an additional fee and typically require some additional work. The credit information can be found on the workshop description page, or you can get more specific information on our credit page.
How do I register for a workshop?
We welcome your registration online or by phone, fax, or mail, with full payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or purchase order; checks are accepted by mail only, payable to HEINEMANN.
